1. "Stanze di te" which translated in english means "rooms
of you" was born one day in my little room on a black black day.
The pieces contains various recordings made in different environments: from
my room in London to remotes field recordings which I made in Japan. I wanted
to give a classical organic feel to it so i have combined a lots of acoustic
elements like grand piano, violin and I got really obsessed with some beautiful
voices. The songs were all mixed, processed and recorded 'live' to give a more
spontaneous approach, and so they are unique and cannot be re-created exactly
in the same form. For me beauty in sound can be achieved simply with a gentle
repetition of notes which layered together they create a uniform element which
go hunting your emotions.
Id like to dedicate this sounds to Kaori, Anna, Vittorio, Barbara and Raffaella,
they are the once in my heart.
Thanks also to Ryo that gave me this chance.
